This morning I preached about a C3 Disciple must follow the instructions given by Jesus in Matthew 10:5-10. In part of that sermon I talked about the Kingdom of God. This place, the Kingdom of God, is anyplace where God's will is done. That thought flashes us back to Matthew 6:10 of the Lord's Prayer: "Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven."
What a thrill it must be to God when someone bows before Him and surrenders ther will to Him. Think of it: God takes outcasts like me and transforms them into "royal priests." What a thought. The link below takes you to a little clip and reminds me of the rejoicing in heaven when someone makes a full surrender. Let me know what comes to your mind after you watch it...

Wow! We might be tempted to say "only God", but....his coach, his teammates, and the crowd were loving him. (Was he hard to love? Perhaps in some situations?) And, he was prepared to step up to the plate (basket), and take a shot (several until he got it right). Was it just luck? I don't think so! I wonder how his coach feels for not recognizing his talent before. There are so many lessons here! Those have got to be God things for us. Thaine

We should be this way every time a believer in Christ hits a three point shot for God!!! This brings all the cheering for offering as well as someone singing a solo to a valid perspective...This is major God kingdom encouragement....I wonder how many baskets he would have made if they had tore him down after the three misses? They encouraged and pressed on as a team and still gave him the ball the rest is on the tape...This is exactly how we should encourage each other as we seek out God's will "TOGETHER"...
All I can say is "Wow!" I am soo ready for this ride! I can't wait to see where God is leading us "into the glorious unknown" " This is a life like no other...THIS is the great adventure!"(Steven Curtis Chapman- The Great Adventure)

After talking with Rob and Kim after tonight's service, my natural response regarding his vision is "Impossible", but after watching this clip, I have to say "Only God, with Him all things are possible"

God used the young man's physical handicap and turned it into a God moment. He can use all of us and take us to such extreme places that none of us could possibly imagine, if we will only let Him.

Watching this clip brings to mind the christian unity and devotion that through Christ's love we should have for each other as believers. This includes not sitting on the side line but being in the game. Cheering and encouraging the people on your team. On Gods team everyone plays and no one sits on the bench! If this is the excitement shown for someone at a game, the angels must be out of hand when someone come to Christ! Amen!
Go Team!

Hi Pastor Randy,
What an awesome story! Even though Jason is "different" and has challenges, God can do great things. Fred's sister, Joyce, was down syndrome. I saw God, through her, every time she smiled. It was a privilege to have her in my life.
Have a great week! I'm praying for you and Jackie!
Jackie feel better! We missed you!
I appreciate you and what you, along with God. have and continue to do for our church! I'm so glad both of you stayed!
Do you remember the boy who gave his lunch to Jesus at the big picnic? That was me: I have little talent but when I gave it to Him He used it in surprising ways. It was a real surprise,...
Wild Goose Chase by Mark Batterson easily cracks my top ten best books of the last decade list! Some of you may remember I had mention in a sermon that the early Celts referred to the Holy Spirit as "the Wild Goose." Only later did I discover this book by the same title.

The first thing I thought of when I watched the clip was, "That looks like the Nazarene Church crowd--so very quick to clap, wave and praise!"
