Connecting the dots that God puts in my head!
Do you remember the boy who gave his lunch to Jesus at the big picnic? That was me: I have little talent but when I gave it to Him He used it in surprising ways. It was a real surprise, especially considering I graduated from Olivet Nazarene University with a degree in Business Administration. Maybe the even bigger surprises were that God helped me graduate from Nazarene Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity degree and from Grace Theological Seminary with a Doctor of Ministry degree. My biggest surprise, however, is that God uses me to help build His Kingdom. What a privilege to play even a small part in doing that!
Leads the Angel Food Ministry.
I'm a happy wife and stay at home mama to four children-- a daughter and three sons. I love anything to do with homemaking, homeschooling and homesteading! About two years ago, I began to pray that someone would start a ministry that my family and I could do TOGETHER. Well- God answered my prayer-but not the way I thought He might. God made it clear to me that I should bring the idea of Angel Food to my church. But I had all kinds of reasons why I couldn't possibly do such a thing. After a few months of arguing with God, I finally surrendered my will to His and it's been blessing after blessing ever since.
Provides the creative touch to all we do!
I love to make things look good. I'm an interactive designer, and a C3 addict that is trying to serve God, with the talents he has given me. "...Become the kind of container God can use to present any and every kind of gift to his guests for their blessing. - 2 Timothy 2:20
Keeps the lines of communication open!
Hmm...
I love Bass fishing with my boys, eating good food with my girl, and hanging out with my church pals.
I also get a kick out of writing good advertisements and starting new businesses.
Chris is in charge of coordinating the efforts of our church family to make sure everyone feels welcomed when they walk through the front doors of the church.
I am a very confusing person! I love to do and cant stand to stand! I can't wait to see what God wants me to do next!
